counselling

Are you feeling emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, navigating change, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself and your experiences?

If so, then counselling can help.

Counselling offers a supportive, confidential space to explore your inner world — thoughts, feelings, behaviours and relationships — with honesty and compassion. My approach is grounded in presence, empathy, and trust. While I hold space for your process to unfold naturally, I may also offer reflections, insights, and relevant information to support your awareness and growth. It’s not about fixing, but about making space for what’s true — and from there, change can happen.

Our sessions

  • Discovery Session

The initial session is a chance to talk about what’s bringing you here, what you’re hoping for, and how we might work together. You’ll have the opportunity to share what feels most important and get a feel for whether counselling is right for you at this time.

  • Sessions

Ongoing sessions provide a regular place to slow down, reflect, feel, and be with what’s present in your life. I listen deeply and work intuitively, supporting your process without judgment. Sometimes that means simply being with emotion; other times, we may explore patterns, relationships, or parts of self. I may gently offer guidance or psychoeducation when it feels useful — always in service of your own understanding and growth.

  • Growth

Counselling supports deeper self-awareness, emotional clarity, and healing. This can lead to subtle but profound shifts — greater resilience, more self-acceptance, clearer boundaries, and more ease in relationships. With consistent support, your inner landscape can change, helping you feel more connected to yourself and more capable in life.

Counselling is not about fixing — it's about listening to the parts of you that have longed to be heard.
